GSC
extends its responsibility to provide after sales services that are individually tailored to our customer’s needs. Site preparation and consultancy, installation and onsite training, and warranty support are some of the many services that we offer.

Our experienced service engineers are trained to conduct comprehensive installation as well as optimize performance of the instruments purchased. All the engineering required is carried out in accordance with international standards like ASTM, UOP, EPSA and USP.

In addition, GSC also offers annual service contracts that are specially designed to include a range of benefits. Customers can choose from the Premium, Classic or Standard service contracts that will enhance productivity, minimize downtime and maximize the return on investment.

OFFERING CUSTOMERS SERVICES


GSC’s skilled service engineers are located across the region to personally visit our customer’s site and provide assistance in troubleshooting and instrument operations.

•Site preparation and consultancy


On receiving the purchase order, our customer service team will provide you with a pre-installation consultancy, which would assist you in meeting all the physical requirements necessary for a successful installation. For complex installations, our support engineers will personally visit the site to advice about special requirements needed prior to the installation of your system.

•Installation and onsite training


At installation, our onsite engineers will do the physical commissioning and verification of correct operation. They will also conduct user orientation and training, which broadly covers general operating procedures, software control and basic instrument maintenance.

•Qualification service

In today’s demanding regulatory environment, proper validation has become increasingly important. Our experts offer a range of qualification services including IQ, QQ and PQ, which confirms correct installation and operation according to the manufacturer’s specifications.

•Warranty support

All our instruments come with one-year warranty covering travel, labor and non-consumable parts. Our warranty ensures that during the first year of use your investment is completely protected. After the warranty period, you can further protect your instrument with our Service Agreement plans.

•Performance maintenance

With our Service Agreements your system receives a scheduled maintenance check that includes thorough inspection of all operating functions, as well as replacement of all parts damaged through wear and tear. Regular performance maintenance will help reduce downtime and extend the life of your instrument.

•Software support

For your systems to operate at its highest level of efficiency, we ensure that you are always working with the mist up-to-date version of the software. When you’re covered with our software upgrade plans, you are entitled to receive every upgrade fro free while your plan is in effect.

•Informatics support

Our informatics products work with most of our laboratory instruments in the management of information. Our chromatography instruments in particular can collate, integrate and process information to provide a complete documentation solution.

•Application support
      
Our expert trainers will train you to achieve maximum benefit from you instrument. They will also guide you on specification applications required for your business.

•Special training

To maintain accuracy and maximize productivity, we also offer special training programmes throughout the year. Additionally, when you   
purchase any instrument from GSC, we provide you with free training for one (1) employee.

•Parts & consumables

We have established several network centres around the GCC that will promptly act on you request for various parts and consumables. GSC can also get your parts shipped directly to your facility without delay.

GSC’s Service Agreements help you control costs and protect your system after free one –year warranty period. Our experienced service engineers will assist you with all your technical support needs.
